Athletic Flow

Athletic Flow, also known as HIIT yoga, is a dynamic form of training that offers a combination of yoga-like stretches and intensive strength training in the form of high-intensity interval training - HIIT for short. This makes it a challenging and holistic workout.

Athletic Flow has a number of benefits, such as improving strength, flexibility and endurance. The rapid alternation between static stretches and explosive exercises helps to tone and shape the body. The training also increases flexibility, promotes the cardiovascular system and improves posture.

Belly-Legs-Buttocks

The typical problem areas of the abdomen, buttocks and bottom are tightened and improved. The trained muscles break down fat. The lessons are varied with simple aids so that every age group can combine fun and training.

Full body workout

The full body workout is an effective workout that works the entire body. It includes exercises for all muscle groups, such as squats, lunges, push-ups and planks. Training several muscle groups at the same time increases overall strength and tones the body.

A full body workout improves your stamina, promotes fat burning and increases your metabolism. It can be performed with various equipment or just your own body weight and is suitable for beginners and advanced users. Regular training leads to a healthy, athletic body and increased fitness.

Jumping

Jumping is an energetic and intensive workout performed on trampolines. It combines endurance, strength and coordination exercises on the springy surface. Jumping involves different jumping variations, such as skipping, hopping and squats, to strengthen the leg muscles and shape the body.

Muscle Workout

The muscle workout, also known as muscle building training, focuses on increasing muscle mass and strength. It includes exercises that target specific muscle groups, such as squats, bench presses, deadlifts and shoulder presses. The use of weights or resistance bands stimulates muscle building.

Pilates

TRX

TRX stands for "Total Resistance Exercise" and is a full-body training program that is performed using two ropes at a stable point. The training is very varied and can be suitable for all fitness levels.

Body Burn Spinning

Body Burn Spinning is an intensive version of the popular indoor cycling workout. Krav Maga

Where self-protection meets fitness! Simply more than a normal workout. This intensive training program is based on Krav Maga boxing techniques. You train with boxing gloves. You will practise simple Krav Maga techniques, drills and punch combinations, which you will perform alone, in pairs or in a group. Would you like to learn to dance? Kaspar Lauber can certainly help you that decisive "step" further!

Conditions

The organizer reserves the right to make changes/adjustments to the weekly programme at any time. Lessons with very few participants several times in a row can be removed from the program by Olympica Sport AG at any time. If our instructors are absent due to illness or injury, the Olympica will look for a suitable replacement, an alternative lesson or, in the worst case, the lesson itself will have to be canceled at short notice.
